Australian Financial Services Licensee · AFSL 557166

Licensing that backs good advice.

We're a boutique dealer group in Sydney's south-east. Advisers get the structure, compliance and support to run their own practice. Clients get advice they can trust.

Who we are

A smaller licensee, on purpose.

Prolific Advisory Solutions was set up by practising advisers who wanted a better licensee than the ones they'd worked under. We stay small on purpose. We know every adviser on our licence, and when you call, the person who answers can make a decision.

  • Advisers own their client relationships and their business
  • Clear, fixed fees with no surprises in the invoice
  • Compliance that supports good advice, not paperwork for its own sake
  • Real people who pick up the phone and answer the question
  • Long-term partnerships measured on quality, not volume
  • Every decision tested against the client's best interests

For advisers

Everything a practice needs to operate, and nothing that gets in the way.

Whether you're starting out, moving licensee or growing a team, we handle the licensee obligations so you can focus on clients.

Authorisation & onboarding

Appointment as an Authorised Representative or Corporate Authorised Representative, ASIC registration, and help transferring existing clients and provider agreements.

Compliance & advice review

Practical policies and procedures, pre-vetting and file audits, breach reporting and ongoing monitoring. The aim is to lift quality, not tick boxes.

Approved product list

A broad, research-backed APL managed by us, with a clear process for adding products your clients need.

Professional standards

CPD planning and tracking, annual declarations, and support to meet the education and ethics standards that apply to relevant providers.

Insurance & memberships

Professional indemnity cover under our licence, plus AFCA membership and the other external dispute resolution obligations taken care of.

Practice support

Access to paraplanning, technology and commission management partners, plus a sounding board when you're working through a complex case.

Let's have an honest conversation.

No sales pitch and no pressure. Tell us about your practice and where you want to take it, and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.

For clients

Finding the right adviser should be simple.

Good advice starts with the right person. We'll introduce you to a qualified adviser on our licence who suits your situation, whether that's retirement, super, insurance, investing or planning for your family.

  1. Get in touch

Call us or send an enquiry with a little about what's on your mind.

  2. We listen

We ask a few questions to understand your goals and what kind of advice you need.

  3. Meet your adviser

We introduce you to a suitable adviser for an initial conversation, with no obligation.

  4. Advice that lasts

If you go ahead, your adviser prepares a personal plan and reviews it with you over time.

Before you receive personal advice, your adviser will give you our Financial Services Guide. It explains who we are, the services we offer, how we're paid and how to make a complaint. You can read the FSG now.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a dealer group or AFSL?

In Australia, anyone who gives personal financial advice must hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or be authorised under one. A dealer group is a licensee that authorises advisers to provide advice under its licence and is responsible for their supervision, compliance and training.

Who can join Prolific Advisory Solutions?

We work with qualified advisers who are registered, or eligible to be registered, as relevant providers with ASIC. We work with sole practitioners and small to mid-sized practices. If you're unsure whether you qualify, ask us.

What does it cost?

Our fees are fixed and agreed upfront, and they depend on the size of your practice and the services you need. We'll walk you through the numbers in our first conversation. There are no hidden charges.

How long does it take to move licensee?

Timing depends on ASIC registration, provider transfers and your existing arrangements. We manage the process and keep disruption to your clients to a minimum, and we'll give you a realistic timeline at the start.

How can I check an adviser is qualified?

Every adviser authorised under our licence appears on ASIC's Financial Advisers Register, which shows their qualifications, experience and licensee.
